For over a decade, I’ve immersed myself in the practices of self-expression, movement, yoga, and meditation. As a professional dancer and longtime practitioner of these transformative arts, I’ve come to understand the profound healing power that comes from deeply connecting with the body, mind, and spirit. My journey has led me to explore the intersection of sound, energy, and human connection, guiding me to become a creator of immersive sound healing experiences that help people connect with themselves, each other, and their environment.

My work is rooted in a deep sense of purpose to spark transformation, not just through the sessions I lead, but in the energy and spaces I create. I believe that true healing happens when we step outside the ordinary, when we break free from what we know and make room for something greater—both within ourselves and in our shared experiences.

Through retreats, group sound meditations, 1-1 sessions, and custom-designed immersive experiences, I guide individuals and communities on a journey toward balance, clarity, and healing. I work with a variety of frequency tools—including singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks and shamanic instruments—to create frequencies that resonate deeply with the body and mind, unlocking a deeper connection to the self and a greater sense of unity with others.
